The ALIENTEK UT70 digital universal USB tester is capable of measuring voltage in the range from 3V to 28V. It can be used for many applications: it can serve as a voltmeter, ammeter, measure capacitance, display waveforms, and is a trigger for the PD fast charging protocol.
